AffirmAction™ was created during a season when my husband and I were just trying to stay mentally steady.
After moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting, we experienced a chapter I never imagined for us. We were unhoused. Living in our car. Holding dreams that felt heavier by the day. What made it unbearable wasn’t just the instability, it was what happened inside our minds.
The thoughts turned cruel. The fear got loud. Hope felt fragile.
I used to write affirmations on sticky notes and tape them all over our car. On the dashboard. The glove compartment. Anywhere my eyes would land when my thoughts started spiraling. Not because it was trendy, but because I needed reminders to stay here.
AffirmAction™ grew from that practice.
Not inspiration. Not positivity for positivity’s sake. Something practical. Something grounding. Something that told me what to do next.
Each card has an affirmation on the front and a corresponding action on the back. One side supports your mindset. The other gives you a simple, intentional step you can actually take.
