CUSTOMER SERVICE

We want to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

ORDER CHANGES

We are so grateful for your order. Please make sure to review it carefully before your order is submitted as it cannot be modified. No changes can be made once your order is placed.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments.

SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS

We do not take responsibility for packages that are delivered to the wrong given address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check that the shipping address is correct when the order is placed. If it isn't, please email us right away so we can fix it BEFORE it ships.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Affirmation Darling does not offer refunds, only STORE CREDIT. All returns must be submitted via our returns portal which can be found at: https://www.affirmationdarling.com/returns within 14 days of delivery.

• NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs on returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Affirmation Darling is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking information indicates "Delivered” Affirmation Darling is not responsible for stolen or missing mail. Please contact the shipping carrier (your local post office) with questions regarding shipment tracking.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@affirmationdarling.com.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at info@affirmationdarling.com.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return within 14 days of delivery date.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are proudly able to ship to Canada and United Kingdom. We do offer free shipping on orders over $100.


* NOTE: We’re actively working to include more countries as we expand our international shipping capabilities so please let us know if your country is not listed and we’ll be sure to add it to our list for future consideration.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Affirmation Darling gift cards. We are not able to change a payment method once your order is placed.

PHOTOGRAPHY

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. We do not take responsibility for monitor discoloration.
